I’ve practiced law for over 18 years—starting in BigLaw litigation, then spending more than a decade in-house advising Fortune 5 corporations, mid-sized businesses, and scaling startups. I’ve served as General Counsel, Chief Legal & People Officer, and advisor to founders, boards, and executive teams. I know how to manage legal risk without slowing the business down.

My background spans tech, staffing, marketplaces, retail, and consumer brands. I specialize in employment law, California and multi-state compliance, commercial contracting, and litigation strategy, though I've seen much more. I’ve guided companies through complex restructures, PAGA litigation, internal investigations, M&A, and regulatory scrutiny.
